1. General
These are the general terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of goods from Aletraris Furniture online shop. We reserve the right at all times to vary, change, alter, amend, add or remove any of these terms. Please ensure that you review these terms each time you use the website as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the website after the variation has been posted.
Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
We will use our reasonable endeavors to make the website available but cannot guarantee that the website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error-free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. 2. Delivery Terms
We will deliver to the delivery address specified on your order for delivery. Delivery and also assembly of all the furniture at your premises is free of charge on all orders in all parts of Cyprus that are under the control of the Republic of Cyprus with our premium delivery service unless otherwise stated on your order. It is your responsibility to be available to accept delivery at the delivery address or location on the day of delivery. If you want to take your order abroad, we are happy to deliver to your shipping agent for onward transfer.
Some of our furniture is larger than you may expect especially sofas. Please always check the measurements of the goods that you are buying to make sure there is enough space at the delivery address for delivery to take place and that once the product is delivered, it will fit in your room. Prior to the delivery, you must ensure that there is sufficient access and space to complete the delivery and that all staircases and lifts providing access are suitable for the delivery. You must ensure that your property and the delivery area are safe for the delivery staff.
To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, you must give us as much detail as possible in advance about particular features of the delivery address which may affect the delivery (for example: are there any height, width or weight restrictions? Are there any parking restrictions? Will delivery be at non-ground floor level? Is access to the delivery location made difficult due to narrow doors or staircases?). If the delivery is to be into a business building, are there any restrictions in terms of the opening hours? If you are not sure then please contact us and we will be happy to advise you accordingly.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (including without limitation lorry breakdown, traffic accident and major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery timeslot or date. We will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
3. Returns Policy
Cancellations and changes on your orders for furniture in stock are only accepted before the delivery of your items ordered. For items ordered which are not in stock, cancellation or changes on your orders are accepted only within 24 hours from the date your order has been confirmed. Please note that after delivery is made to your premises, we are not able to accept any return of furniture or order cancellation or offer any refund or exchange of your furniture delivered.
On cancellation, money will be refunded through the mode by which payment was effected. Refund will be made within 14 working days of acceptance of order cancellation.
4. Privacy Policy
